TEAM MODEL GUIDELINES
Do we need to use the mat?
According to the Team Meeting guide, teams should use the mat, Explore Model, and LEGO Robotics kit.
Can our Team Model be bigger than the mat?
Teams can extend their building slightly beyond the mat, but should also be mindful that space can be limited at a Festival.
Can we use LEGO items that are not included in the Explore Set?
YES! It is important that your team highlight the Explore Model included in the set, but they are able to use other LEGOs and LEGO Materials. This includes other LEGO robotics elements.

TEAM POSTER GUIDELINES
What can we put on our Team Poster?
Teams can use words, drawings, and photos on their poster. They can add printouts of their code or pictures of their team working together. They can also attach small objects.
How big should the Team Poster be? What type of poster should we use?
Posters should be approximately 22-in. x 28-in. (flat) or 36-in x 48-in (tri-fold) poster board. Most teams like to use tri-fold boards that stand on their own to make the Reviewing Session easier.
Does the team have to have a presentation prepared?
Teams should be prepared to introduce themselves, but a formal presentation is not required. Reviewers will ask the team if they have anything they would like to share at the beginning of session. If the team has a presentation, they will be able to be able to share it then. Presentations should be limited to 5 minutes.
